The main use for this card is to go into his chaos form after spending his xyz material.

It is hard to pull his effect off, imo Xyz block and oni gami combo target.

Plus you need to have no S/T at all during the start of your turn, otherwise you can't detach, so if you set any after detaching one material, you better be sure you'll be using them during your opponent's next turn.
