How can Blast Held by a Tribute work on Dark Necrofear's effect that attaches it to a chosen monster after it was sent to the graveyard? Plus, Dark Necrofear can only be Special Summoned and not Tribute summoned.

Is it because the monster that Dark Necrofear took control of in that game is tribute summoned?

I went up against a cpu that uses tribute doll to summon monsters that require tribute summons and I had this card face down. They attacked me and the trap would not activate. I am not sure if this is because tribute doll technically special summons them while still sacrificing a monster card.

Tribute doll is a Special Summon not a tribute summon.

can't get past lvl 48, have to use this 🔥 3 times, but nobody uses tributes.

Use it against Legendary Duelist that tribute summons, let him have his tribute fodder by not attacking. And don't leave a monster with ATK exceeding the monster on your field or he will not attack.

had the same idea, but i didn't want to waste the keys. Made a pvp duel, 4 Cards left in my deck and two of them were blast Held by a Tribute.
Defended with kuriboh, e-con, windstorm etc. and finally my Opponent stopped attacking me when i got them, because he knew i don't have Cards left in my deck.

But thank you for your advice, i will try it against tea.

Get Yami Yugi in level 25 and use mystic box to give your opponent a tribute monster (I recommend doing this against a legendary at level 10)

is there any cheat to get this card again if you already traded it from Ishizu's starter deck other than beating her at lvl 40? the cards practically useless in my opinion so not knowing I'd need it later in the game I got rid of it. However since the game now has 60 lvls instead of the original 50 its more frustrating that im stuck. Please help

Cheat ? Absolutely there's no such thing as cheating to obtain this card.
But you can get this card again by farming her. i already got 3 copy of this card.

Well, when this works. It is 🔥. I just lost to this pretty badly. Feels op but that's because the situation was right for them. I can see it being dead. But holy hell, when it works.........

why doesnt this card work.......is it glitched cause ive been fighting the Standard duelists and they tribute summon a monster but this never procs

The vast majority of players (platinum rank) in PVP doesn't use Tribute Summon, so having this card is ill advised. However, when this card activates, it's a gamechanger; a poor man version of the dreaded Mirror Force

Duel against lv.10 LD, tribute summon your own monster, give it to opponent via mystic box. This should work pretty well

it does work. keep in mind that a trap card cannot be activated until your next turn has passed. a trap card doesn't flip immediately, you must wait.

Unless ur stating he needs to wait until the turn he set and the following turn ends to activate (which isn't true, EoW, reinforce,jar greed, just a few) then even on his set turn the tribute monster cant atk only def until he ends turn anyways so idk what ur trying to inform him of. Pls respond cause i hope u don't know something idk.
