1. I was referring to original name. Wildheart is English translation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6sIR-oNjRH8&t=5s
2. This card affects opponent's monsters, not the monster equipped with this card.
3. It does not work, because Flame Wingman has more then 1500 ATK.

I don't think that Wildheart + This card works.

I'm guessing Obnoxious Celtic Guard and Pilgrim of the Ice Barrier is already wearing one of these?

Nope, they have a different effect

Example play (Have not try it yet!):

Let say if your opponent play quick-spell "Shrink" on your 3000 ATK Warrior-type monster, and attack it with 1900 or Higher ATK monster, then you activate "Hero Ring", equip to that halved/1500 ATK Warrior-type monster, and prevent it from being destroyed by battle.

"Shrink" last till end of this turn, therefore, your Warrior-type monster's ATK returns to 3000 ATK. And "Hero Ring" still equipped!?

Is this possible?

It is not any better than swordswoman equipped with heirloom and amazoness queen together. Still a nice card.

Probably not, seems more like Destiny HERO - Decider's effect.
