  • Negates all battle damage for a turn.

Cons

  • Weak stats.
  • Too weak to stay on the field for first effect to be useful.

Tips

  • Good against Burn decks to stop them from activating their effect damage cards. But only if that burning deck does not have any monsters to deal with Morphtronic Lantron.
  • Also useful in decks that require stalling like in Mill decks.

Morphtronic Lantron’s defense position effect is similar to Winged Kuriboh, with the slight difference that Morphtronic Lantron needs to be destroyed by battle. With this you can use Morphtronic Lantron in any Mill deck to stall.

There is no such card. There is stuff like Des Wombat and Prime Material Dragon that helps you to prevent effect damage but they don't bounce the damage back. And there is stuff like Barrel Behind the Door which is basically this but only as a one-time effect.

This is the Tuner that is used to Synchro Summon Life Stream Dragon during its debut. Which makes me wonder when are we going to get Life Stream.
