Is there a bug with this card or something? Sometimes I use it on Black Dragon and it won't let me summmon Red Dragon even though it has let me before other times

Yay, this is good. Tribute a level 4 ninja and special summon the level 1 ninjas from deck as tribute fodder and to use their effects to destroy your opponent's backrow. It may be an inconsistent deck but it will be fun.
