Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by possessing 4 or more banished "Lightsworn" monsters with different names. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can pay 1000 LP; shuffle into the Decks, all cards in the GYs and all face-up banished cards, except "Lightsworn" monsters. Once per turn, if your "Lightsworn" monster's effect is activated: Send the top 4 cards of your Deck to the GY.
Lightsworn decks usually mix in cards whose effects activate in the graveyard and are then banished after using said effect. Punishment Dragon can return them from your banish zone to your deck, to hopefully be milled back into the graveyard.
Love the artwork, and I love how this card relates to Judgement Dragon, being light and dark counterparts to one another. Don't really think this card's effect is that good when compared to Judgement Dragon's, but they can work very well together as Judgement can destory your opponents cards and Punishment can shuffle them back into their deck, preventing them from brining anything destroyed by Judgement back from the grave. Can't wait to build a Twilightsworn deck once I have all the cards.
Not sure what PK has to do with the LIGHT Machine Unions or Punishment Dragon, but XYZ are already in for more than a year, in the Electric Overload box. Scroll all the way down when you look at the boxes in shop.
Honeslty I'm really glad they gave us Twilightsworns aswell as regular Lightsworns, as it opens up both strategies right away, allowing you to play traditional Lightsworns with Judgement and Michael, or you can play the Twilightsworn version with Judgement and Punishment.
