Skill Details

This Skill can be used when your Life Points decrease by 1000. Choose 1 of the following:

  • Return 1 DARK monster from your hand to your Deck. Then, add from your Deck to your hand, 1 LIGHT monster with the same Level and Type as the monster you returned.
  • Return 1 LIGHT monster from your hand to your Deck. Then, add from your Deck to your hand, 1 DARK monster with the same Level and Type as the monster you returned.

This Skill can only be used once per turn, and twice per Duel.

Yet people only play anything with Neos fusion in it.

None of the T1 or T2 decks even play Neos Fusion, it’s simply an engine for lower tier decks now. quit whining

Lumia and unbra are event characters which means you can get then through events such as the tag duel event. Then just use them to challenge legendary duelist

Anybody knows how to farm this skill as of 25 August 2019? How do I have Lumis and Umbra as legendary duelist? Can't find them in my gate. Also, how do I get this skill via pvp?

To be fair, this is the type of Skill that Konami hates, likely to be nerfed. Konami hates free consistency boost, see Restart and Balance. They got nerfed TWICE.
