They should have released this right after applying the burn damage nerf. Battle traps are generally bad and this card is no exception.

They finally put monster reborn in the game. Now they need to put Magic Cylinder and the original mirror force in too. I don’t care if there are better cards that do the same thing, I just want to build a fun anime deck.

Agreed... If they really worry about game balance, just tack it on the Limit-1 list, but they should have ALL the classics like Magic Cylinder, Raigeki, Mirror Wall, Harpie's Feather Duster since they would be no more unbalancing than Monster Reborn. Have some fun! Live a little... Plenty of other more powerful effects already running amok from Synchro and XYZ mutants and the like...

Just change to inflict all attacks damage all to only 50% direct damage of the attack of the monster and destroy the monster

This card is among the OG "staple forever" card.

Konami, just release all the "staple forever" cards.

That way, I will simply need 14 "staple forever" cards; and buy only need to buy 6 new cards to stay up-to-date with the meta!

This card is the reason why I use Cloudian Ra to farm Bastion.

The deck can easily stop this card via Divine Punishment.

Although, with the x3 multiplier I don't think we ever need farming decks anymore to farm Gate characters.

Yep the x3 multiplier + the rewards at certain points threshold made farm decks useless

For the red event Gate, farming deck is still a must even with 3x multiplier, since farming deck means you get more base assessment points to be multiplied for the event points.

For regular Gate however, quick beatdown deck with x3 multiplier is all you need now.

Not really. It's very easy to get all rewards without farming decks. And the R jewels after that are not worth it.
