Equip only to a Normal Summoned/Set monster you control. It is unaffected by your opponent's activated effects of Special Summoned monsters. During damage calculation, if the equipped monster battles an opponent's Special Summoned monster: That opponent's monster loses ATK/DEF equal to the equipped monster's original ATK, during that damage calculation only.

Pros

Protects your monster from the opponent’s monster effects.
Debuffs opponent’s monster during battle.

Cons

Cannot be equipped to Special Summoned monsters.
Protection effect can be lacking.

Tips

Good against any deck that like to Special Summon which is most decks in the meta.

Low-Level Beaters

The most efficient way to use this card is to simply equip it to a low-level monster with a high attack stat so it can power through all your opponent’s monsters.

It doesn’t say “set summoned” because there are no other ways to “set” a monster.

Special summoning in face down defense position (via The Shallow Grave) doesn’t count.

You talk about human trash but, you get awkwardly angry as soon as you read a comment like this one; you are not the best example of civilized, mature man, not all.

On the other hand, I've witnesses with my own eyes how a bunch of "suspicious people" are always chasing Germans in the internet (specially in YouTube) all the time, talk about a paranoid, ill minded organization who live in the past.

It does mention a "set" monster.
It didn't state a "currently face-up defense positioned" monster.

If not then Konami should do his f**king job and reprint this card correctly instead of reprinting F2P cards.

^They probably meant a monster that set then flipped summon or flipped face up. No need to get so worked up.

Nope. You must flip face-up your normal set monster before you can use the equip card

They had to write that on the card because otherwise a Normal Set card that has been flipped face up somehow wouldn't be an appropriate target for this card.
