Surprise factor helps a lot, most players expect to see CA because of Pegasus and are caught off guard after the first summon. It is important to play Ananta as soon as possible and start building pressure while keeping it alive with backrow. Slightly weak against AG since it is rather difficult to protect Ananta, otherwise pretty solid against most of the decks in Legend.
Deck works by being VERY patient and locking down their back row. Try to bait Floodget Trap Hole before playing Ancient Gear Golem.
The Ancient Gear archetype is powerful in the current meta. Everyone is reliant on the backrow and this deck preys upon them. The monsters are good at dealing with enemy spells/traps while your spells/traps deal with your opponent's threats. The deck feels powerful but unrefined. Hopefully, a tuned version will rise to the top of the KC Cup.

Basically, you use some cards to lower your lp and use electro to seal down the backrow, then you attack directly or steal your enemy's monsters with enemy controller. Suggestion: whenever possible, use girl's effect to bring out destructuron and use his effect on your opponent's set cards. Should he use conttoller to put him on def, use your enemy controller to steal your opponent's monster and normal summon any of your other monsters. With that, you can easily win on the 2nd turn.

I found this plasma/zombie combination in a gunz stream and I liked it so I try and modify according to what i have, plasma is a great comeback card and Il Blud + gozuki effect helps to summon it, 3e-cons because CA, walls because of REZD and mirror also helps trigger the skill, and 2 goblins because they make a good combo when summoning plasma, Blud or even using econ to get to gozuki easy.

Being able to discard a card from your opponents hand on your first turn is a really powerful play that leaves them trailing. You'll usually send benten and search for dakini to finish your opponent on the next turn. Restart is useful for consistency as well as having triple sonic and senju. I got from legend to kog very easily with this build.

I made king of games with this build of the atmosphere, counters meta such as CA and rezd by being able to spam board quickly, end game is to take their high attack beaters with atmosphere or d hero plasma, I found through playing atmosphere worked better in 7/10 situations, d.d. warrior came in handy to remove rez and most of the cyber angels with little to no negative effect and super rush headlong worked better in my run as opposed to Econ order to smash also came in useful for removing high backrow presence and autonomous assisted in situations aiding in pushes through boards filled with high level monsters.
Deck used :I used this deck to climb from plat 4 to kog .It is very strong and consistent against cyber angel. And the storm in the deck is just lethal against weevil burn, mill and other trap-spell heavy deck. One weakness of this deck is against ancient gear deck but even here the storm comes in clutch and has saved me in many matches. AND I was quite lucky with my card draws.
