Can be used when you control a monster whose original name is "Jinzo". Destroy all Trap Cards your opponent controls. The Skill can only be used once per Duel.

This includes face-up and face-down Trap Cards. Spells are not destroyed, and they are not even revealed (if face-down). I think they should be revealed.

Does this mean Jinzo won't be limited only to Roba's Psychic Onslaught skill? Or if he will, this skill will be used only if you have Jinzo 07 and no Jinzo in your deck?

He'll probably have a single copy in his starter deck and none via level-up, similar to Rainbow Dragon and (until recently) Destiny HERO - Plasma. We're yet to get a character that didn't have their signature card in their Starter.

Jinzo #7 can't be used with this skill due to the #7

This Skill asks for a monster whose name is specifically just "Jinzo"
