Well, prob konami just pull back this card due to how much splashable can it be. Also, it is way too good for current dl powerlevel, when similar and less powerful cards like magical dimension have not been released yet. Or they may thought that it would make them more profit by releasing it as a main box ultra rare. For me, tge best way to release it should be as a level up reward for kite, and only one.

Yea, this card works in Blue-Eyes but also works AGAINST Blue-Eyes

But that doesn't matter now since this card is not in the box lol

this card plus most of the heiratics is a 2 card level 8 xyz. 2 heiratics plus this is a neo galaxy eyes with negate

If this is released now than why the 🔥 isn’t dark renewal or magical dimension in this game yet? Yea let’s give more indirect support to bewd powercreep to dm even more so eternal soul is worthless when it gets released. I don’t know how the 🔥 spellcaster are even suppose to come back in any of the metas if Konami keeps withholding all the good support to them…

"and if you do" is the key here.
That PSCT has a ruling stating this:

AND IF YOU DO: <Do A, and if you do, do B>
Timeline: Considered simultaneous. Both happen at the same time.

Causation: A is required for B, but NOT vice-versa. If A does not happen, then stop. If B cannot happen, you still do A.

Based on that, you still tribute opponent's monster when Hyper Galaxy resolve, even if after that you cannot summon a GEPD.

Which means you should still be able to use this card without running GEPD.

I think that's not the case

By yugioh rules you can't activate a card you can't resolve, hyper galaxy has not a "you can" in its text so summoning GE is mandatory. If you don't run GE you don't even get to activate Hyper galaxy.

Neither does the card they used as an example when explaining that "and if you do" ruling.

They used Memory of an Adversary as example, whose effect also doesn't have "you can" after "and if you do".

Could be good however, you cant use this on the fusion monster if it already used it's effect unless it destroyed a monster in the previous turn.

Unless you use chain it to floodgate it won't work since face down monsters have no atk value so you can't tribute it........or I might be wrong idk
