Based on the given quote we can assume that the new unlockable duelist will be Yubel whose personality mainly revolves around her love for Jaden as its owner. Another evidence is the leaked Mat and Sleeve of Yubel - The Ultimate Nightmare.

A New Development in Yugioh Duel links. This could likely be the addition of 5D's, the third series of YuGiOh into Duel Links like how GX was added late last year. With the addition of 5D's World comes the addition new characters, events, cards, and the Synchro summoning mechanic.

Not so long ago, a card named Dark Master-Zorc was leaked.
So it's probably Monster World RPG event.

Dark Master - Zorc is already in the game. Bakura used it in his level 50 deck during his gate events. Zorc was leaked as an NPC for the Monster World RPG.

I prefer their original names as well.
But people know them for their international/dub name.
Also people can call them whatever name they like.

Can we not assume it's Yubel yet. I don't mind if it's her, but the only other Duelists I feel share that quote are Camula, Rebecca, Blair, Serenity, Marik, and Tania.

'Long-awaited' implies that the character in question would have appeared in Duel Links previously. The only two characters that have appeared, but not revealed yet, are Marik Ishtar and Yubel.

Yubel literally says THAT VERY LINE to Jaden in Season 3.

The only other character to say anything like that is Atticus.
