Play water xyz deck with this card and acid golem. They can't special summon or tribute acid golem. Ultimate troll meme deck. Lol. You can also put mask of restrict as addition.

Too slow, because this card is normal summoned.
Most likely, all the level 4 or lower monsters will be destroyed next turn if they are not used as Xyz or synchro materials

The problem isn't even the speed, it's that there will be too many things you need to do in at most 2 turns. You'll need a perfect hand every single time to pull it off.

I mean, you'll need to:

1. summon Acid Golem, which takes 2 materials to summon
2. use a card effect to give it to your opponent
3. summon Fog King
4. protect Fog King (since, you know, with 3k ATK, unless it has no material left, your opponent can simply ram Acid Golem into Fog King....)

Not quite. Water XYZ decks can speed that strategy up with Bahamut Shark. Use him to bring out Acid Golem without materials, then find a way to give it to your opponent (Mystic Box, anyone?).

Now, your opponent has a beatstick that can´t even attack, deals them damage every turn, and stops them from Special summoning anything.

To start this off you just need 2 Lv. 4 Water monsters, easy peasy.

This guy with SSA is the ultimate destroyer of stall burn.

Yeah, as long as you can keep this card on the field, it's safe to summon 2 or more monsters on the field since the stall burn player can't tribute them for Lava Golem.

With SSA it’s very easy to keep this card on the field, and even summon more of him. He destroys all those stupid flip monsters like man eater bug without touching them, and if the stall burner tries to target him with something SSA can protect him for a turn.
