Seems situational, but yes it would benefit from decks like fire kings, geartown or even triamids, metaphys as well

The only relevant meta decks that use field spells are AG and Triamid. And both are not that common. You'll have a hard time to activate that card

i have 2 of theses in my toon deck plus the planet path finder i always get toon kingdom out
