Crazy, I have every Pegasus skill except toon world. I even got CREATOR TWICE and it said " you have already claimed this skill, converting into gems" and gave me 15 gems -_- my peg is maxed out and farming is getting rediculous!

I'm now at 17 duplicate skills converted to 15 gems in a row, and still no "It's a Toon World" in sight. AAAAAARGH!!!

I got toon world skill from losing by Odion (the easiest LD) lol. I think im just lucky :|

I obtein that's skill,for 9 skill's pegasus,not after the ten skill,pre 10 skill... 9 skill.

you can techinically get it by fighting an LD at 10/20/30/40. It's just 40 is smarter since you're going to want to use a high score cerberus deck to try and get cards from battling high level duelists anyways.The drop skill would be an added bonus

I've been farming for this skill for several days now spending thousands of keys and it's extremely aggravating. No matter what level I battle legendary duelists at I don't get anything but wooden chests and crappy cards.

A hint:

I get "it's a toon world" skill TWICE!!!
Duels on LV 10 at the gate!!!
you could use any deck and get 8.000 score... just play prismatic, and glossy.. then get at least 5000+ damage, 1 ritual, 1 fusion, and 999 LP or lower ( 100 is the best )... easy, you could drop other skill that helps you use Cerberus too, to farm high lv or continue farming gold and you will get it
