I you want to get the skill the best way is to create a 🔥 deck, after 15 deaths in pvp you´ll get a drop skill. If is not the one you want just keep suiciding 15 times again till you get the one that you want.

Play as Pegasus, and fight a lot of Legendary Duelists or PvP Duels. Sometimes one of your assessment reward will be this. But unless you're lucky, this *won't* be easy to get...

I wish vital skills for playing certain decks such as this one weren’t almost completely impossible to get. I can’t get this for the sake of me, why the hell did they make it so hard.

What deck should I use for grinding if Pegasus doesn't have one of the draw senses used with the Cerberus deck?

That's true. You can activate Toon Kingdom at a smaller cost, but you can only get it when you max level pegasus

no, skills only drop from legendary duelists. gate and event versions both work.
