Fortune Lady is an archetype capable of increasing their own level, letting you summon stronger monsters with Metamorphosis. Solitaire Magician can reduce their level, letting you manipulate it.

Level Augmentation

Level Augmentation Reveal 1 monster in your hand and select 1 monster on your side of the field. The selected monster's level increase by the level of the monster you revealed. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.	Luna

You can use this skill to change the level of a monster you control. This makes it so that you don’t have to summon and tribute a high-leveled monster for Metamorphosis.
