Is this even better than field of the warriors? I guess the bonus can't be gotten rid of. But the restriction is high and it's also symmetrical.

Field of the Warriors is better. Plus, it's not limited to only Lv4 earth warriors

Heck, Bastion's skill that puts up the EARTH Field Spell is better

Bastion's skill requires to have 3000 or less LP though.

This skill has the small advantage that it's a permanent boost your opponent can't get rid off and it does only affect your own monsters. But it's really a small advantage.
