Yeah, I'm not sure how you can make this work. Maybe negate the first one such that you can use two s/t zones again?

yes negate it with Silent Insect or Mystic Probe etc. and you can have 2 face up but your s/t zones will be locked out

So I've just been playing around with this card and figured out how to play it... sort of.

You can chain the normal trap card "Mystic Probe" to this card, and since the effect is negated for that turn, you are able to activate another from your hand, thus fulfilling the condition for your next turn.

Also you could summon "Silent Insect" to negate the effects of this card and all other cont. spells/traps, allowing you to activate multiple copies without locking zones. Once "Silent Insect" is gone, your spell will work normally.

And it's able to be searched and set face-down with "Rogue of Endymion" if you have extra Spellcasters to discard.

This card is bad yet admittedly fun and quirky, but the limited zones in Duel Links makes it even worse. By the time you get these combos off to get it working, you will be probably be out of cards to draw anyway.
