Not really. You use it in decks where both situations are wins.I take it you don't play TCG/OCG?

Is Sartorius Level 45 the only place you can get this? Because I thought I saw it in an event, or maybe with a reward ticket.

It’s a win-win situation. Call it right, you can banish stuff like the survivals end, spellbooks, or other problematic cards. Call it wrong, you mill and thin your deck. Imagine playing dinos and you mill a giant Rex and survivals end, that’s a plus for you.

It’s perfect for lavals (the bad effect mills out handmaiden and other laval cards).

The effect can be strong, but on choosing wrong for the flip do you choose the cards sent to GY or are they milled from top of deck?
