So is this card broken against a Yubel deck? Opponent had a Yubel Incarnate. Played it beautiful. Nicely using each magic card; Heated Heart, Emergency Call, Righteous Justice and Oversoul on each turn that I got it. Finally got my Hero Flash, I summoned sparkman and then activated hero flash by banishing H, E, R, O, summoned elemental hero Neos, so that my sparkman and neos could bypass yubel and attacked directly. Was unable to attack directly, could only attack Yubel. WTH?

This can be an UR card for sure when E Emergency Call SR comes out

You mean this can be a N card when E - Emergency Call comes as a UR Level-Up reward. I feel like it'd have been in a pack by now if it was going to happen, given there's only really 2 monsters worth searching with it (Solid Soldier and Blazeman), and that's unlikely to change any time soon. We haven't even gotten multiple Righteous Justice yet, I think we're a long way off E or Hero Flash.

In anime it special summons normal e heroes monsters as you want

No it didn't. Its anime effect is identical to its TCG/OCG one. Both times he used it, he Summoned 1 monster (Burstinatrix the first time, Neos the second.)
