In PvP i had 2 losses and 1 win,and still had the message lose and you will lose a rank.Is that supposed to happen?

Para broz event, card flipper, daily log in prize, already miss 2 days not getting any from this cuz of the no connection error. Konami better give a good explaination for this, and better give 1000 gems compensation for this

I have about 40 UR stones, but zero SR, zero gold, and zero gems :(
