One of Konami's dumbest idea.

Never mind adding a Spell, by the time the opponent activated the 6th effect (thus allowing you to add the 6th counter on this card), you'll lost the duel already.

Nope, your opponent will be too afraid to activate monster effects.

This card is too OP, it counters every deck that relies on activating multiple monster effects.

That card is used spell counter decks, and it's main use is to harvest spellcounters for other uses.
