Gamea has pages for NPC only cards as well.

So cards having pages in Gamea doesn't mean it will be available to players.

Yep, and you can't take End Phase as your choice before all of ur monster attack

Sort of. It only forces monsters to attack that were on the field when Battle Mania was activated. So, other monsters don't need to attack, and if all affected monsters are gone, you won't even need to enter the Battle Phase in the first place.

Ooh right, i forgot about that. Btw, best card to counter it is Seven Tools at cost of 1000 lp. But im using Barrel dragon with tribute doll n a copy of Second coin toss in case I dont pull Seven tools before Battle mania active.

Someone claimed that when using cerberus deck against lvl 40 para bro, this card was never activated? really? so when or what conditions is this card programmed to activate? don't tell me it's random?

If you have too much LP he doesn't activate,I don't know why...

I played around the condition. Seems to me the condition is when he has 2 of Kazejin or Suijin on the field (and maybe no other monster on the field). He wouldn't summon Kazejin or Suijin if you have Cerberus at 2900 Atk.

NPCs won't activate a card effect or summon a monster if it would result in a bad position or even worse, a loss.

For example, in the currently ongoing Yubel event, even if you control 2 or more monsters, Yubel won't sacrifice them for Lava Golem if Yubel's LP is low and there's no way to stop the attack.

Well, at least he will loose all of his Spellcounters which means all your progress will go to waste, since its ATK returns to normal once it has attacked.

Even if Cerberus is not the only monster you control, you'd still gonna have to attack with it anyway, since this card forces all your monsters to attack.

We have a card Staunch Defender. It is not even used in a Yubel Deck.

It has the same efficacy as White Hole or Call of the Grave.

this card just activates. no need for your opponent to trigger it. Staunch defender requires an attack.
its still very slow. its turn 3 at least before its live.
