Unfortunately we can't. This was mentioned in the Duelist Chronicles as a way to explain how Yami and Joey beat the Para bros.

I don't know how old the above comment is, but we finally can get this card now

Atem: "I activate Shift! This allows me to switch my monster's monster zone. I added this card to my deck despite cards such as Alien Invader not existing, meaning this card only functions with Duelist Kingdom Labyrinth Wall which I don't run. Countering a card no one but the Paradox Bros run is very important to me!"
