The assesment really need to be corrected. How is this bad card B ranked. Pitiful attack boost. Can only be equipped to a very specific monster. Can only be used once and then go away.

There is a VERY far-fetched play you could use with this, but it'd require EH Prisma.

Use Convert Contact to send Neo Specians to the GY; then summon Prisma and send Neos to the GY too and gain his name. Then, Miracle Contact to bring out a Fusion Neos and equip Neos Force to Prisma. Providing you take care of the backrow and you have Neos Space on with your Skill, potential OTK.

Why would you play a bad combo to keep an 800 atk boost and a mediocre efect on an specific normal monster?
