It's pretty good with Bubbleman I saw a hero deck that used this skill, and it's a neat interaction.

If you draw bubbleman. It has a 52% chance to appear in your hand given 3x at a 20-card deck.
Pretty neat but you lose almost half the time due to having a one-hand skill.
You can increase your chances of living by adding hand traps to deck.
