When this card is activated: Banish 3 cards from the top of your Deck, face-down. This card's name becomes "Toon World" while in the Field Zone. Your opponent cannot target Toon monsters you control with card effects. If a Toon monster(s) you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can banish 1 card from the top of your Deck, face-down, for each of those monster(s) instead.

Your Toon monsters can't be targeted by card effects.
It can protect your Toon monsters from getting destroyed.

Cons

It banishes 3 cards from the top of your deck once this card activates.
You must banish a card from the top of your deck to prevent the destruction of your Toon monsters.
The card that you needed might get banished.
Its effect only works for Toon monsters.

Good God this spell card is 🔥. Especially playing rover then still getting to play 2 or 3 more monsters same turn then I Destiny draw twister and get the anubis card. 🔥 this I think I'm gonna move on from this game now. Invincible to everything card plus take 3 magic reflectors. Good call on putting that one in the game.

In a couple days it will be either u play a toon deck or u lose from platinum up. That spell card is way to powerful for the cards available. U have to trash your deck to take 3 dispells just to counter it or else you have to play that deck. Perfect timing for the harpie nerf.

Why would the add cards that buff one of the best decks in the meta lol

This card is extremely overpowered and very meta changing. Magic Reflector and Gravelstorm set and there is no counter. It's even more broken than 3-Star

You have summon it with tributes, same with Toon DMG

It's because you don't Tribute Summon any high level Toon monster, you Special Summon them sacrificing the number of monsters written on each card

he probably meant storm + wild tornado combo. wild tornado DOES destroy field spells as it is meant to destroy any face up cards on the field.

Except Magic Reflector and Gravelstorm protect Toon Kingdom, and you'll most likely be destroyed by the time you're able to use LG

Just add one spiritualism card on ur deck...it returns a spell card back to its owner hand even tho the have spell reflectors and their monster die

you have to destroy it by using despell or any cards that destroy spells

I was unfortunate enough to get RNG screwed during the Pegasus event and be completely unable to build a toon deck since Pegasus simply refused to let me win Toon World, and the RNG gods don't want me to get the skill it's a toon world either (not that's it's mandatory anymore). Thanks to toon kingdom, I can finally use a toon deck, and it already got me to platinum rank 1.
