When this card is activated: Banish 3 cards from the top of your Deck, face-down. This card's name becomes "Toon World" while in the Field Zone. Your opponent cannot target Toon monsters you control with card effects. If a Toon monster(s) you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can banish 1 card from the top of your Deck, face-down, for each of those monster(s) instead.

It can be searched from your deck by Toon Table of Contents, An Owl of Luck and Planet Pathfinder.
Your Toon monsters can't be targeted by card effects.
It can protect your Toon monsters from getting destroyed.

Cons

It banishes 3 cards from the top of your deck once this card activates.
You must banish a card from the top of your deck to prevent the destruction of your Toon monsters.
The card that you needed might get banished.
Its effect only works for Toon monsters.

I used Garlandolf effect to destroy Toon Summoned Skull but Toon Kingdom protected him, but the effect doesn't target, why is that?

It's the same with Tyrant Dragon that can't negate Mirror Force because it doesn't target...

There isn't any. Toon Kingdom is by far the lowest of the low. Worse than Tea burn with 3 restructor by far. TK is the official fuccboi deck lmao

So toon kingdom banishes cards when it is being played or when there is a toon monster would be destroyed, then why I can't use escape from the dark dimension to bring back
dark monster from the banished zone?

Because they are Banished FACE DOWN. Not even YOU will know what cards you are forced to Banish. Aka, cards like Escape would never work here.

You can see the cards if you click on them. But you are right, they are pretty much useless.

wtf?? i send toon kingdom to his hand but his toon summoned skull did not destroy itself? why?? there was no toon world in the field neither btw...

It's mega luck man. U basically have to hope the opponent can't get toon kingdom out before u 🔥 them or draw twister. If they get toon table of contents then u basically lose cuz it will get them whatever they're missing. Then u gotta hope the discarding discards the tribute toons. It's luck upon luck upon luck. Would atleast be fair if toon kingdom didn't allow direct attack.

the read of toon kingdom said if it return to hand not destroy the monster, but if we read the toon monster if there isn't a toon world it must destroyed? So the toon kingdom return to hand then the field no more toon world is it right. It must destroy the toon monster if we use spiritualism.

Toons only get destroyed if Toon Kingdom is destroyed, not sent to the hand. If Toon Kingdom is sent to the hand the Toon Monsters will still be on the field, but you will not be able to summon any more Toons until Toon Kingdom is back up.

Is it a bug? I used spiritualism to return the toon kingdom. But the toon monsters dont got destroyed?

Spiritualism just sends it back to the hand, while Toon Monsters only get destroyed if Toon Kingdom is destroyed, not just returned to the hand.
