Tips

Naturia

You can only use Leodrake’s Mane on a Naturia monster and make them a good beater. The effect negation will not really matter on monsters whose effect does not activate on the field.

It did not negate the effect of Naturia Cliff in duelists challenge. After it is destroyed, it can special summon another in the battle phase

The effect is negated on the field. But you activate Cliffs effect when it's in the GY.

Is this the case with all such effect negation cards? When the effect cards are in GY, there effects can be applied

Yeah, unless a card mentions that the effect is also negated when the card is sent to the GY or when all effects are negated until the end of the battle step / end phase.

This one does mention that effects are negated until end phase, but still can be applied in GY

I can see some nasty combos with this spell. Basically use this spell first then use a secondary effect to further increase the damage like CC or even attack directly etc.
