Very basic but you can basically summon any level Xyz. Steal opponents monsters and use them for Xyz. You can increase decrease levels easy. Also blocks some Xyz and synchros.

Helps out your XYZ or Synchro in normal pendulum decks. Also slightly disrupts your opponent's XYZ. Not bad.
