If this card is in the Graveyard, you can add it to your hand instead of conducting a normal draw during your Draw Phase.

This card is bad. Don't forget: You lose everytime a card draw, when you retrieve it from the graveyard. The only use I could see is it as some sort of Enemy Controller.
