Can be useless against decks that do not target any monsters the graveyard much.

Notes

This could be a very effective card when used on decks that revive from the graveyard a lot, like:

Red-Eyes
Red-Eyes Slash
Arkbrave Dragon
Hazy Flame
Archfiend
Zombies

Combos

Have Soul Absorption active on the field to gain a massive amount of LP when one or both players have many monsters in the graveyard.
Could be used to greatly power up Tyranno Infinity by removing Dinosaur-type monsters in your graveyard from play.

And most dragon decks. They were not KOG but were hit. Forget about them now
