The new red-eyes black meteor dragon could make a difference if released soon in the game... But....

This with mana dragon is good for a control deck. Play enemy controller and ballista squad to tribute this guy and take the control of the opponent or pop a card, also, it even revives a red-eyes while doing so. Zirnitron revives and gets back a spell trap from gy to the field

Use fangs with chain, pop it for E-Con or ballista, then if the opponent destroys your backrow, mana dragon recycles a trap (fang with chain) and sets to the field back
