This seems pretty good tech card for F2P.
İn addition have select set cards too.

If you can choose to go second in this coin toss based game... Or if its an Quick-play spell, then I would agree with you about this card should've been higher rating.

But as it stand now, I don't see it nothing more than a slightly improved and free version of Dark Core
