great card, but not broken. it's basically a 3 card combo (this + generation shift + babycera) so it won't occur all that often unless a deck is built around it, and a deck built around it will be sacrificing a lot of trap staples as well as general deck balance. 2x gen shift, 2x seismic leaves basically no space for other traps, and god forbid you go for 3x because then you don't have space for spells either.
i think it's a good card best used as an "ace" within an already strong/consistent dino beatdown deck.
breaking it out at the start of a duel gives rex a colossal advantage. plus, even if it's midway thru a duel, the spell/trap zone isn't typically completely covered. there's at least one slot free for non continuous spells and shutting even that one slot down would be great (no twister, no poly, no ritual summons, etc etc), plus the payoff of a free monster back in your deck.
This card is broken. If Rex has the right hands at start the opponent lose automatically. Prepare to see PVP flooded with Rex players guys lol.
this card literally wins Rex the game if it goes off. Use Generation Shift before your opponent gets to set anything, then shut their backrow down and you literally win the duel. Plus, Generation Shift+Babyceraus.
