You're a bit wrong. Among spells, normal spell is 2nd most used spell in the game. Quick-play may the 1st like e-con, cosmic cyclone, all forbidden quick-play (lance, chalice, etc.), Mask change, world legacy clash, offerings to the doomed, cyberload fusion, illusion magic, silver's cry, etc. But you know normal one like invocation, neos fusion, red-eyes fusion is meta. Not to mention hey, trunade

cool, some dudes said koa'kis would be the new fur hire but it seems they were mistaken; it's not tier 0, just a decent an affordable tier 1 in my opinion.

Is this really good for Dark World decks? Because it discards 1 RANDOM card in your hand, so, it can discard a card that you dont want ... or what?

Also, good luck if you go against deck that doesn't utilize "normal spell".

I think this could go in an Aroma deck or some kind of stall mill deck. Something that's naturally defensive and adds lifepoints often.

It's a worse Magic Jammer if you discard literally anything that doesn't directly benefit from being discarded by a card effect. It's really only useful for Dark Worlds, unless you REALLY, REALLY love Despair from the Dark or Electric Snake.

I see this being used in one of those exp decks where you are trying to get a loss.
