Pros

This card prevent Trap Card activation.

Cons

Stats are low which makes it unreliable in battle and an easy target for your opponent.
It only prevents traps that responds to its summon (E.g. Adhesion Trap Hole), other traps can still be activated and traps that responds to summons can still be activated when you summon another monster.

This is just like Eagle Eye. I wonder they all come with attribute with same effect.

There are FIRE (this exact card), WATER, WIND (Eagle Eye), and EARTH version of this card. No LIGHT and DARK variant sadly.

And I forgot the names for the WATER and EARTH ones. But they do exist.

I thought that Trap cards can't be activated for the rest of the turn not only in response to the summon...

This effect only lasts during the normal summon, traps can still be activated later on in the turn

After I summoned this card the opponent was able to activate inspiration during my battle phase. Is this bugged?

No it is not, the text just means that no Trap Cards can be activated in response to this card's Normal Summon.

how much does it effect longs? is it just to "negate sumon" effects such as champ vigilance only? lewl, well it's Normal rarity though
