Pros
Acts as Shiranui Style Synthesis.
Banishes Zombies to trigger Shiranui effects.
Protects the summoning of your Zombie monsters.
Pitches a Zombie to the graveyard.
Cons
Only one effect can be activated per turn.
Banishing monsters from the field is quite a heavy cost.
Shiranui Solitaire Synergizes perfectly with Shiranui Style Solemnity. The idea is to banish Solitaire in your graveyard to protect all your Shiranui monsters’ summoning. Since Solemnity acts as Synthesis this lets Solitaire Special Summon 2 banished Shiranui monsters, which you can then use to make a Synchro monster.
Second Effect
The second effect is not that good because it decreases your field presence, but there are some ways to make up for it. Banishing Spiritmaster lets you get rid of an opponent’s monster to even the cost. Your key Tuners all have 0 DEF so this Solemnity can set up plays.
If you already have Spectralsword in your graveyard, you can pitch Solitaire to pair with it and summon Samuraisaga, then with Solitaire’s effect synchro climb to Shogunsaga.
Yes the second effect is too costly (banishing from the field). Shiranui has only one normal summon each turn. It would be great if it was banishing from the hand instead.
Yes so overall, the best way to use the card is with the 1st effect which offcourse sealing eremony of katon already does and more + katon is a trap so it interupts opponent plays.
