Oh no you are commitment a mistake, Shirnaui have effects when they get banished you know? It can combo very well with spirit master to pop up opponent face up card
if this card was really good, why almost all (if not all) competitive Shiranui decks I know don't play this card? They use Ghost Meets Girl - A Shiranuis Story instead, and some even include neither.

I hate dekayed too. Basically because he calls everyone he defeats a fool even though we all know he only uploads duels where he won and not the duel where he is the FOOL.
This cards seems to be somehow a weaker version of katon. Its not a quick effect so you cant send spetralsword during your opponents turn, also shiranui is already too reliant on their normal summon that banishing that monster they just summoned is too much.
Yes the second effect is too costly (banishing from the field). Shiranui has only one normal summon each turn. It would be great if it was banishing from the hand instead.
Yes so overall, the best way to use the card is with the 1st effect which offcourse sealing eremony of katon already does and more + katon is a trap so it interupts opponent plays.
