The most psychic monster that is played is psychic wheeleder and psy-frame Lord Zeta. But since wheeleder mostly you use for synchro material and its low attack, then Zeta is the only good target. After you attack directly and give 2500 damage, if your opponent has cosmo brain, shiranui synchro, blackwing synchro, invoked fusion (except cocytus) and many more special summoned monsters, activate this card's effect to banish itself and one of theirs to avoid the drawback of this card.

Hyper Psychic Blaster for high damage, then transform it to Assault Mode while still in the Battle Phase.

The control of the Assault Mode version won't change, since it's not the monster targeted by this card, so your opponent won't get any monster.
