I would really like to know why isn't bs like this hit on the limited lists. They're N, R cards at max... no problem hitting them at all.

This card alone is terrible without the 4 other "Dimension" Continuous Traps that Yugi also played, so I don't know where the hell you get the idea that this card is BS.

Nothing of that is needed. The idea is pretty simple... DNA Surgery can make any single monster a warrior... so he attacks a defense Cipher, takes massive damage, and this broken piece of crap forces it to attack again. There’s no amount of removal enough to stop crap like this. If I like, remove this card before attacking, I’ll still take hellish damage from Surgery. That card is degen max.

That sounds more like the Cipher+Surgery combo itself that's the problem, not this card.

Yet none of them are hit and they just released surgery for a second and even third goddamn copies just like that. At least one of these 3 cards needs to be hit.
