This is a pretty good card especially if Silent Magician LV8 is on the urge of dying, and since this is a Quick-Play spell, it can potentially save your Silent Magician LV8 by sacrificing a Silent Magician LV4, its a pretty neat card

also can be used as a demension gate type of thing... opponent targets your card with OtC, econ take, or ice barrier triangle and you remove the target and waste their card (1 for 1)

Using it on Silent Magician = "Data Drain" in .hack//

But yes... this card is very useful. This card should be R or SR.
