Since this card requires to discarding 1 card to use, there are better protection you can use to defend yourself against opponent’s monster attacks. This card however, is very useful when you are facing opponents that deals effect damage.
This card primarily functions to protect your Life Points, at the same time recovers Life Points by reversing the Damage amount you would have taken.

Better than hallowed life barrier? you kidding right? dont u know that hallowed works like woboku with discard cost? ur monster still can be destroyed by battle while u use this tho
