Dakini's effect is a supereffect because it makes you choose a monster to remove, it causes a lot of problems vs cards like this. Only way to negate Dakini is ultimate Providence, Divine Wrath, or a monster that negates effects (Angel 07, Doom, etc)

This card Will NOT negate Dark Necrofear's effect.

That's because dark necrofear effect activate at end phase. This card can only protect till end phase, so it cant stop dark necrofear.
