If you controlled a Level 5 or higher “Harpie” monster when you activated this effect, draw 2 cards instead. For the rest of this turn after this card resolves, you cannot Special Summon monsters, except WIND monsters. You can only activate 1 "Harpie's Feather Rest" per turn.

This card is absolutely broken for duel links, can give you +1 easily and return card from gy into deck. On top of that it so easy to use and almost has no risk, I understand if this exist in TCG/OCG version since they have a greater power level, but release it in duel links is a bit dumb. I hope they'll limited this card along with Perfumer, that card is also suck.

Konami just waiting until another card outside Harpie is used in Harpie deck. Then, they will hit that deck, by limiting that another card, maybe along with this spell card.

Because apparently, that's how the limits in Duel Links works. Except in Shiranui.

I feel like this is more for recovery after using all your Harpies for XYZ plays. Without that the setup for using rest is too inconsistent right now.

It makes me wonder if they'll release a Mai Structure deck. Love the uncensored artwork version
