Way too situational, as another person below says.

Also, everyone runs MST and Cosmic Cyclone nowadays.

This is a dumb card, if I use multi attacker to gather the counters quickly, I most likely won't need this card's effect anymore, since my opponent likely won't have full field anymore, both this turn and next turn.

But if I don't use multi attacker, then this card is way too slow to work.....

I added it to my deck and 3x it has not worked like bruhhh... there are no monster, spell or trap effects that negate it so fix this damn bug please

Too 🔥ing slow to just throw in any deck, though there are a handful of decks you can make if you build around it

It's sorta good if you have tyrant dragon or some other similar monster that can destroy multiple opponents at once and hopefully you're not stopped from doing so (mirror walls, econs etc) . Otherwise it's a bad card since it kinda telegraphs your intentions.
