Basically a much worse Widespread ruin that doesn’t hurt your opponent till after they destroy something- possibly killing you for game. Garbage

Widespread ruin can be negated. I know not many people run trap negate because it's a very defensive and slow position to take, but still it's one of those normal cards that is step above most others.

It’s not- this card is slower and much worse than cards like widespread. The “cannot be responded to” does not help it- you’ll be dead or won’t even be able to activate it in the first place

^ This. If it triggered off card effect destruction, then it would actually be good. But since it’s only by battle... yea that sucks.

It’s not a terrible card, but it’s definitely not good or consistently playable in most good decks
