It's a 0 (-2 because you use the trap and your monster, +2 because you send your opp monster to the grave and you special summon one).

Imagine GK: send recruiter to the grave and search, send opp monster to the grave, summon chief, bring recruiter back. Now, that's broken.

This could be a super rare for the Arkana event. It's OP I this current card pool, but I would argue it's not as OP as negate attack from the Mokuba event (which, by the way, unless you negate its activation, forces you to immediately end your turn with only one main phase)
